Sage Ratliff

Sage (they/she) is a trans dyke, interdisciplinary artist, and writer born and raised in Ashland, KY. Their work primarily focuses on the documentation of queer and trans experiences through imagery and storytelling, primarily through the Appalachian lens. To further inspire their practice, Sage is pursuing their BFA in Visual & Critical Studies at the School of the Art Institute of Chicago. When they're not creating or sweating in the kitchen that pays their bills, you can find them feeding stray cats, working on diy projects, or moshing to live music in someone's basement.
